Roma Rudewicz's commitment to help people to recover from injuries made her specialised in advanced deep tissue work, incorporating the theory and practice of neuro-muscular response patterns when applying techniques to individually tailored treatments.

Her interest in human body and its capability to recover after injury started very early on. She gained a diploma in Sports Massage Therapy ITEC combined with being awarded by Active IQ as Personal Trainer in Exercises on Referral and by REPS as an Advanced Instructor.

She works with recognised top national organisations like NSPCC and world class athletes. Being a national fitness competitor herself she understands the importance of Sports Massage Therapy and is delighted to offer her expertise and knowledge to everyone who needs treatment.
