Maggie Chapman
A director and co-founder of City Minds, an organisation that promotes psychological health, and The College of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy which has developed an integrated training programme in counselling and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy(CBHT). Maggie is an experienced therapist who believes it is important to inspire young people in a way that shows positive change is possible. Each of us has unlimited potential, none more so than that of a developing mind
With degrees in business and psychology, Maggie originally qualified as an accountant, where working in the City gave her a unique insight into corporate-related stress. She then went on to qualify as a bereavement and trauma counsellor before developing her skills to work with adolescents.
