Gill Watterson B.Med.Sci (Pod)Hons Gill graduated in 2000 and has worked in private practice since then. She is skilled in routine chiropody - whether it's a corn and callus, ingrowing toenails or you simply you can't cut your own nails - Gill will be able to help! Gill also has a keen interest in diabetes and can offer assessment and foot health advice. Alongside chiropody Gill specialises in biomechanics. This involves looking at how the foot and lower limb function. Malalignment of the foot may be responsible for foot and ankle pain, knee problems and even hip and lower back pain. There are many forms of treatment including; padding and strapping, muscle stretching and strengthening exercises, insoles or custom made orthoses (3-D insoles). Gill is registered with the Health Professional Council and is a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
