Baz Moffat
Baz is a qualified women's health and fitness coach who looks at the whole picture in the belief that a solid foundation must be built to create a strong body inside and out. In response to what's happening with COVID-19, she's moved her business online for this term and is offering 'live' online classes and pre-recorded sessions designed specifically for women. The Garage Studio
The Garage Studio, run by Murielle Carrasco, one of the first Body Control Pilates teachers to introduce Pilates in SW London back in 1999, is running daily online classes, Beginners, Intermediate and Post Natal Pilates.
Yogifit - Jenni Cunniffe
Jenni is a yoga teacher and personal trainer with post natal qualifications. She runs local fitness sessions in Barnes and is the Buggyfit coach taking sessions near the ponds.
Since the lock down Jenni has taken her business online and is offering various yoga classes from beginners flow, sports yoga, yin yoga and continuing her Mums Buggyfit classes too. Additionally she offers a weekly Family HIIT class on a Weds afternoons. This is helping families have structure and stay fit throughout the lockdown. Jenni is also leading various one to one sessions for private PT and yoga so if you want a more personal session for you or you and your family/partner then you can reach her directly.
Mamawell - Home Studio
Mamawell Home Studio run by Rosie Stockley, brings you home workouts designed to fit into a small space, keeping you well and energised during lockdown. Most workouts are suitable for pregnancy and post natal (modifications included) and new workouts will be added online each week, all you need are two resistance bands - a looped one and a long one. Workouts are between 40-50 minutes long and priced at £5.00 each.
