Dr. Olga Luzon
Olga is a highly specialist Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience in the NHS, where she has worked in student services, GP practices, psychology services and the National Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (Maudsley). After completing her Doctorate at the University of London, she went on to study a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (BPS), Accredited CBT Therapist and Supervisor (BABCP), and HCPC registered. She currently works as a Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Royal Holloway University).
Olga uses a collaborative, transparent and non-judgmental style of treatment. She offers an honest, good quality, professional and confidential service, and she will work with you to establish goals for treatment based on best practice guidelines. Olga informs her work from a range of therapeutic approaches, with a greater focus on cognitive behavioural therapy due to its proven effectiveness in the treatment for stress, anxiety, depression and other emotional and psychological problems. Her integrative practice also includes Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy. Olga is committed to provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatments for a wide range of emotional difficulties to adults and adolescents.

- Thursday: 2.00pm - 8.00pm
