Fiona Davis-Coleman
Fiona Davis-Coleman is an integrative psychotherapist working with adults (16yrs +). She has a wide range of experience of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, grief & bereavement, relationship problems, anger, agoraphobia, OCD, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and work stress.
Fiona’s approach begins with the philosophy that we are all capable of transforming our lives. Working with a therapist helps us to see how we unconsciously repeat patterns of behaviour which can have a negative impact on our lives. Even talking about these patterns can bring about change and growth. It is often the case that it is the first time that many people will have been listened to and heard in this way.
Fiona trained as an integrative psychotherapist. She works with clients using a fundamentally non-judgemental, empathic, collaborative approach. Fiona’s work is informed by the use of a range of psychotherapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, relational and Person-centred psychotherapy.
A wide-ranging career, which included many years working in senior advisory roles in the City, gives Fiona a particular insight into the impact of work stress at all levels.
