Sophie Vohralik

Sophie Vohralik BASc (Hons) Physiotherapy, PINC Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, graduated from the University of Sydney in Australia with first class honours. She is passionate about and experienced in treating a broad range of women’s pelvic conditions including: Pelvic girdle and hip pain including the sacroiliac joint and pubic symphysis, ante-natal and post-natal women including rectus diastasis and pelvic floor assessments, labour preparation, pelvic floor rehabilitation, urinary & faecal incontinence, pelvic pain including vaginismus/genito-pelvic pain disorder, recovery following gynaecological surgery including cancer, prolapse including fitting pessaries. Sophie also treats women that have a separation of their abdominal wall (Diastisis Rectus Abdominis) following childbirth.

She has completed further study on the pelvic floor and continence including: Advanced Pelvic Floor, Prolapse and Stress Incontinence and Advanced Pelvic Floor Genitourinary and Anorectal pain, overactive bladder and advanced pelvic floor- exercise, sport and musculoskeletal dysfunction.

Sophie also has a love of sports, including rowing, surf boat rowing, netball & running. She has worked with rugby and netball teams and still maintains a keen interest in treating sporting conditions and other musculoskeletal injuries. In addition, she is certified in PINC Cancer Rehabilitation and brings a natural empathetic approach to these treatments. Outside of work Sophie enjoys keeping fit by running, reformer Pilates, outdoor training and rowing. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring local cafes, cocktail bars and restaurants.

Appointments with Sophie can be made on:

  • Tuesday: 2.00 - 8.00pm
  • Thursday & Friday: 8.00am - 2.00pm
  • Saturday (once every six weeks): 9.00am - 2.00pm
