Zoë Eves

MBACP, BA (Hons) Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist  

Zoë is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with significant experience working in mental health support services. Her background includes work in the NHS, the charity sector, higher education, and private practice. Zoë often counsels teens, young adults, people working in creative industries, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She works integratively; drawing from different therapeutic styles based on the individual needs of each client.   

Zoë offers a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment where she will support you in working through your thoughts and feelings. She works relationally and collaboratively, providing empathy and understanding while helping you to process your emotions and experiences.   

Zoë holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling, a Level 4 BSc in Psychology with Counselling Theory, and a Level 4 DipHE in Mental Health Nursing. She is also trained in Mental Health First Aid and in performance coaching.  

Zoë often works with people experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship difficulties. She is experienced in supporting clients who are dealing with the impact of trauma, struggling with challenging behavioural patterns, or trying to develop a stronger sense of identity. Her practice is inclusive, and she welcomes clients of all gender identities, sexualities, races, and ethnicities.  

Zoë is a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and adheres to their ethical framework and standards of practice.  

Zoë works with adults and young people (ages 16 and above). 

Appointments with Zoë are available:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 2pm - 8pm
