In the last 5 years there has been a great momentum with frank & honest resources now widely available and more and more healthcare professionals and fitness professionals taking a real interest and understanding the menopause better.

OUR CLINIC

We offer Menopause MOT’s at the clinic. This treatment has been specifically designed for those of you who are about to go through, going through, or have been through the menopause. We will assess your pelvic health, any pelvic floor issues and sign-post you to services that can support you.
