Looking after you and your private details

Thank you for your continued support to the clinic.  As you may be aware, there is new EU legislation being brought into force on 25 May regarding the way that organisations hold information about their customers/clients and we are emailing you to let you know our protocol.

Our clinic is committed to protecting and safeguarding your personal data. To that end and due to the new General Data Protection Regulations, we’re updating our terms and conditions, including our privacy policy. Our updated terms can be found here.

We only hold details of name, contact details and clinical data as supplied by you when you attended for an appointment. We comply with medical record standards as advised by the General Medical Council and will safeguard your clinic records according to these standards. We will continue to be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

We use the details you provide to send information relevant to your appointment.  We also email a monthly newsletter with health information and clinic updates. Therapists may email you exercise programmes or relevant links and will always ask for your consent to do so. We try to ensure that we keep our information updated and are happy to provide advice if you would like to change your subscription preferences.If, in the future, you decide that you wish to be removed from our mailing list it is easy to unsubscribe through the link at the bottom of this newsletter or any future newsletters we send.

Otherwise we will assume that you are happy for us to continue to hold your details and provide you with monthly clinic news .
