Payment: We accept cash and debit/credit cards.

Cancellation Policy: We are happy to change your appointment, however we do require 24 hours notice in order to do this. If you do not attend, or fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full treatment cost.

Private Medical Insurance: The clinic holds physiotherapy contracts with Bupa and Axa. We will claim on your behalf once you have provided your membership and authorisation numbers. These are required prior to your appointment starting (you can bring them on the day). If you do not provide a valid authorisation code or membership number on the day of your treatment, you will be required to pay the self-funding rate. Please note that the clinic is unable to submit claims to AXA or Bupa if the authorisation code is obtained after the date of your appointment.

For insurers other than AXA or Bupa, you will be required to pay the clinic however may be able to claim reimbursement directly from your provider.

For podiatry appointments: Michael is registered with Bupa and will be able to claim on your behalf.

For osteopathy appointments: Christian is registered with Bupa and will be able to claim on your behalf.

Pessary Fittings: These cannot be booked online – please contact reception for bookings. Please note the fitting appointment cost does not include the pessary (prices start from approx £55). A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable prior to the booking. We are happy to re-schedule your appointment but kindly ask that you allow us at least 5 working days to do so. Pessary fittings are not covered by insurance companies.

MOT appointments: Please note that our Pregnancy MOTs, Post-natal (Mummy) MOTs and Menopause MOTs are not covered by private medical insurers.
