Dr. Amun Kalia, GP

Doctor Kalia helps to operate a comprehensive and bespoke Private GP service from the White Hart Clinic.

He is a friendly, well respected, and highly knowledgeable London-trained General Practitioner; educated locally at St Paul’s School for boys, before beginning his medical training at the University of Manchester and University College London. He has a strong and widely published academic portfolio and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Dr Kalia is a widely experienced physician with a specialist interest in providing holistic and individualised family healthcare including the management of long-term health problems. Doctor Kalia prides himself on being an excellent communicator and providing exceptional levels of personalised and discreet care to his patients. 

He lives locally in Barnes with his wife so has a great understanding of the local area and is well known to the community.

When not consulting at the White Hart Clinic, Doctor Kalia is the Head of Occupational Medicine for a city-based firm and is a company doctor for one of the largest multi-national companies based in the UK. When not at work he enjoys travel, skiing and cooking.

  • Very friendly and professional! I was able to book an appointment for the same day (2 hours later in fact). He came straight to the main door to collect me and immediately made me feel at ease. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and was able to reassure me throughout that it was not serious. A lovely experience all round (or at least as nice as a trip to the doctor's can be). It can be tricky to get an appointment with the GP at the moment but this was a great way to speed up the process and save me a couple of weeks worry and discomfort. Highly recommended.
