Lucy Kerrison - Dietitian

BSc Nutrition and Dietetics - Specialist gut health & women's health

Lucy is a gut health specialist dietitian, with a strong interest in women’s health. She has significant experience working in leading NHS teaching hospitals and now the private sector. 

Lucy has lectured final year dietetics students at Surrey university around the management of gut symptoms, as well as created teaching sessions and webinars for GPs and the general public around a range of topics including: stress related gut conditions, Coeliac disease and gallstones, to name a few. Lucy has spoken at wellness festivals, including balance festival and enjoys media work and writing to share the importance of gut health.

Outside of her work, Lucy enjoys keeping fit through road cycling and group exercise classes, as well as spending time with friends and family.

What can you expect from an appointment with Lucy?

Our initial appointment will be up to 55 minutes long. This can be face to face or virtually. This will include an in depth look at your medical history and symptoms (if applicable), a detailed dietary analysis and recommendations. Lucy may recommend extra blood or stool tests, as well as nutritional supplements if necessary. This will be followed up with a summary letter and nutritional plan, including meal and snack ideas, as well as recipes if you would like. The plan will be personalised and adapted to your goals and lifestyle.

Appointments with Lucy are available: 

  • Friday: 9am - 2pm
  • First Saturday of the month: 9am - 2pm
