The Garage Studio 

The Garage Studio, run by Murielle Carrasco, one of the first Body Control Pilates teachers to introduce Pilates in SW London back in 1999, is running daily classes, Beginners, Intermediate and Post Natal Pilates as well as Yoga classes.

pure space Clinical Pilates Rehabilitation Studio

pure space Pilates Reformer & equipment studio in Barnes is run by rehabilitation and fitness specialist Caroline Brennan. Caroline works on a 1-2-1 basis with clients of all ages and fitness levels to help restore and maintain the body's muscular balance after injury. She addresses any issues to help improve joint stability and anatomical function as a whole.

Caroline creates a safe and bespoke environment which offers clients a unique collaboration with their medical professional (physiotherapist/osteopath/chiropractor) to ensure safe, progressive, healing and effective workouts. This collaboration also includes practitioners at the White Hart Clinic.

Catherine Darnell is an experienced fitness professional who has run a fitness and wellbeing business since 2009. She has extensive experience working with people with all ages and needs, both one to one and in small groups. She holds several qualifications including pre- and post-natal fitness, core and back strengthening, many types of aerobic and strength training and works as a peri-menopause and menopause fitness coach. She is also a pelvic floor coach through the ‘Adore Your Pelvic Floor’ programme. Working from her studio in South West London, she is highly passionate about working with men and women in these areas.  As well as Catherine’s professional and thorough approach to her work she is well respected by her clients for her personable and highly empathetic methods and for working with clients to get amazing results.

Caroline from Mamaste Fitness is passionate about getting all mums exercising safely to build strength for life and to feel great about themselves. She has been into outdoor fitness her entire life and couldn't live without it. She is a pre and postnatal personal trainer and menopause movement coach. Having experienced lots of postnatal issues herself (diastasis, stress incontinence, hernias and postnatal depression) as well as managing chronic pain (hip dysplasia), she knows first-hand that a holistic approach works best for women of all ages. She is keen to introduce more women to strength and mobility training in order to navigate the perimenopause and menopause better. She is a supportive and empathetic trainer and runs outdoor group classes as well as 1-1 sessions in west London.

Mamawell - Rosie

Rosie founded Mamawell to provide women with the education and insight into their bodies in the pre and postpartum period, and the benefits that exercise can bring, both for strength and energy. After a global career in dance, choreography and teaching, Rosie moved into fitness whilst living in New York and trained at the prestigious Equinox Gym. When Rosie became a mother, she observed the lack of quality information regarding the changes to the body through pregnancy and labour and what this meant for exercise post-baby, and was inspired to help and educate women in this mentally and physically demanding time.

Kelly is a personal trainer specialising in pre and postnatal and women’s health and visits clients at their homes or local areas. She also runs Mums fitness classes where children of any age are welcome. She ensures her sessions and classes are fun whilst providing suitable and safe exercises for all abilities to regain strength, fitness and confidence.

Kelly has a particular interest and passion for helping mothers who have suffered urinary incontinence post pregnancy to help them return to fitness and running, she offers a bespoke service with training tailored to the individual needs of clients. She works closely with specialist Women's Health Physiotherapists to deliver a fully integrated service.

Jess Oliver

Jess Oliver is Personal Trainer with a custom-made personal training studio, The Little Green Gym, based at Palewell Common. She also works in clients' houses and the surrounding local parks.
