Fara, originally from South Africa, is a specialist pelvic health, oncology and musculoskeletal physiotherapist who graduated in 2005 from the University of Cape Town and relocated to London in 2008. She has worked in numerous NHS and private clinics in London.

She has a special interest in pelvic health, pre and postnatal care and oncology care and has undertaken additional qualifications in these fields, as well as in acupuncture and pilates.  Fara is passionate about empowering clients to improve their quality of life and restoring pain-free movement and function.

She treats a range of MSK and Women’s Health conditions, including Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Bladder Incontinence and Bowel Incontinence or Constipation, Urinary frequency and overactive bladder, Interstitial cystitis (bladder pain syndrome), Pelvic organ Prolapse, Vaginal pain including vaginismus/ vestibulodynia and vulvodynia, Diastasis recti (Post-natal tummy muscle separation), Postnatal MOTPost-natal MOT, Pelvic pain and pudendal neuralgia, Post-operative care (prostate and breast cancer surgery), Post chemo rehabilitation, Erectile and Ejaculatory Dysfunction, Musculoskeletal Pain, Sports Injuries, Repetitive strain injuries and Return to exercise
