Women's Health Physiotherapy

We treat women through all of life's changes, from teenage years to post-menopausal. All treatment sessions are conducted in private treatment rooms with targeted hands-on therapy.

Our professional network of specialised women's health physiotherapists evaluate and treat the underlying cause of pelvic floor problems and encourage active participation from our patients during the healing process in order to improve your quality of life. • Urinary incontinence
  • Bowel incontinence
  • Pre-natal/post pregnancy conditions
  • Pelvic girdle pain
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Gynaecological surgery rehabilitation
  • Menopausal symptoms

Our treatment approaches can include:

  • Trigger point release

  • Scar massage, mobilisation & de-sensitisation
  • Re-education of correct pelvic floor function (release and strengthening using pelvic floor exercises)

All of our therapists are registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.

We are also offering an online Women's Health service for those who prefer a virtual first approach. For more information, follow the details on our online consultation page.

The clinic has contracts for physiotherapy treatments with BUPA and AXA PPP and will claim on your behalf once you let us have your membership and authorisation numbers, which are needed prior to treatment. Our clinic provider numbers are 80009448 (BUPA) and ZZ01839 (AXA PPP) and all of our physiotherapists are automatically covered under our contract number. Whilst we are recognised by all other major insurance companies, you will be expected to pay at the time of treatment and we shall issue receipts in order for you to claim.
