Maggie Chapman
Maggie Chapman is a director and co-founder of City Minds, and co-founder of The College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies which has developed an integrated training programme in counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy including mindfulness and hypnosis. Maggie is an experienced therapist who believes it is important to inspire young people in a way that shows positive change is possible. Each of us has unlimited potential, none more so than that of a developing mind.With degrees in business and psychology, Maggie originally qualified as an accountant, where working in the City gave her a unique insight into corporate-related stress. She then went on to qualify as a bereavement and trauma counsellor before developing her skills to work with adolescents. She is the co-author of two books: Visual CBT and Confidence and Success with CBT.
